Responsible to launch, grow and maintain business with the goal of meeting/exceeding Sales Objectives established for the BioCode product line.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
3 years minimum of Sales into the IVD Market, selling instruments, reagent kits, and consumables into large hospitals and regional reference labs experience
Microbiology, molecular and infectious diseases testing sales experience preferred
Previous Management experience preferred
Essential Functions:
Successful sales of the company products include MDx3000 and diagnostic kits into these regions
Explore new customers, qualify opportunity with key decision makers, build customer trust-based relationship, and effectively close the deals
Identification of Key Opinion Leaders and High Volume Accounts for achievement of Sales Objectives
Accurately maintain and update territory records, reports competitive intelligence routinely, utilizes Sales tools provided i.e. SalesForce for opportunity/forecasting management
Attend trade shows and extensive travel required
Team players, and coordination with Tech Service for Instrument placement/training prior to launch
Controls expenses, Compliance with Organizations Policies as outlined in the manual
