The adoption of the Applied BioCode platform, namely the BioCode® Gastrointestinal Pathogen Panel on the BioCode® MDx-3000 Instrument, has improved our lab workflow, where we receive accurate and fast test results while experiencing reduced invalid rates in our data. This in turn has enabled clinicians to manage their patients effectively.

User defined data masking provides the option of generating customized report for either the full pathogen panel or a defined subpanel. The ability to customize syndromic test reports as well as the options to run multiple assays in a single run, offers the flexibility laboratories need to meet unexpected demands.
