Analyte Specific Reagents

Fungal ASRs*

Fungal pathogen ASRs are used to develop and validate tests that diagnose infectious diseases caused by fungi. Applied BioCode manufactures 28 fungal ASRs for use in the development of molecular tests.

Infectious organisms such as Fungi cause a variety of diseases. Identifying the type of fungus causing illnesses is critical for accurate diagnosis and treatment. The U.S., the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates ASRs to ensure the quality of lab-developed tests (LDTs) and in vitro diagnostic tests (IVDs).

Applied BioCode® offer 28 BioCode® Fungal ASRs* Fungal pathogen analyte-specific reagents are used to identify a particular fungus in a biological specimen.
